Dale care looked after my grandma in Shildon, the carers were fantastic and always went the extra mile.

David – Family of our Client

I started at Dalecare as a bridge between leaving school and going to university, after working for Dalecare for a few months I decided I wanted to stay and not go to uni, I was a carer and was supported by the company through many challenges in my life, after a few years of being a carer I moved into another role within in the company before applying to be a full time coordinator, iv been here nearly 14 years and feel I’m part of a fantastic team. I’ve found the company to be flexible and understanding.
